This course is for you if:
Veronica is a yoga teacher and movement educator with 7+ years of teaching experience and over 900 hours of teacher training. She blends yoga, strength and flexibility training in a functional and comprehensive approach to movement. Her mission is to help you get the strength and flexibility you always wanted.
This course is suitable for people with a basic level of movement experience. You do not need to already have your splits.
Just your mat and 2 yoga blocks. You can also use 2 books, or small stools if you don't have any block at home.
Recordings will be available for 6 months
Yes, there will be space for Q&A at the end of each session + a shared doc where you can ask all the questions that may raise outside the live sessions. This way you're sure you'll receive your answer and get the support you need.
If something comes up that interrupts your ability to join the course, full refund is available prior to the course beginning. From 7th January 2026 onwards, no refunds will be available. If you require a refund, please contact me or hit reply to any confirmation email you receive after signing up.
