Hi, I'm Veronica.

When I was in my 20s, movement was simply a way to stay fit. I followed a general routine that kept me active: running, gym training, aerobic exercises,... Useful, but still disconnected. I went to my first yoga class to help manage psoriasis, an autoimmune condition strongly influenced by stress. From the very beginning, I felt in love with it. Yoga taught me to deepened the relationship with myself and opened a path that would later became life changing.

Fast forward to my early 30s when in a challenging period of my life, yoga became my safe shelter. Through movement, I reconnected with myself and reclaimed my personal power. That transformation led me to become a certified yoga teacher and during the following years to study strength training and bodyweight movement, to offer a  functional and integrated approach.

Today, with over 900 hours of teacher trainings and 7+ years of international teaching experience, my mission is to help you reclaim your strength, confidence, and freedom through a playful, science backed blend of yoga, strength and flexibility training, building resilience in both body and mind.
